Singapore Blue Tarantula

Scientific name: Lampropelma Violaceopes

Habitat:  The Singapore Blue is a large, arboreal tarantula which is native to forests in Malaysia. Formerly known as Cyriopagopus sp. blue, the Singapore Blue is a common pet T, largely because of its beautiful royal blue legs and red hairs. It is a very large species however, with a leg span of around 10 inches (25 cm.), and is known for being quite agressive.
