Color / coat variations: They have a medium-length coat, which may be either straight or wavy. The coat may be of any color.
Care
Lifespan: 12-15 years
Litter size: 2-4 puppies
Grooming and shedding: Regular grooming and bathing is required to keep the coat in good condition. They shed very little.
Food habits:
Climate and environment: It does well in most climates, short of the extremes.
Temperament
Behavioral aspects: It is a spirited and fearless dog breed. However, they are also friendly and sensitive, and usually obedient. True to the terrier ancestry, they love to dig.
With children: Usually the Care-Tzu gets along well with children.

Training and learning rate: It is quite easy to train, and responds to gentle, consistent training.
Activity Level
Agility: They are lively and perky dogs that love outdoor activity. They could do well in agility trials.

Exercise: They do well with a moderate amount of exercise, preferably in a fenced yard.
